البيانات التي نجمعها
الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري) وعنوان التوصيل، لغرض تجهيز طلبك أو حجزك والتواصل معك بشأنه فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها إلا مع بوابة الدفع وشريك التوصيل عند الحاجة.
الدفع
الدفع أونلاين يتم عبر بوابة دفع كويتية مرخصة (KNET والبطاقات). لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك على موقعنا.
الإلغاء والاسترجاع
يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء التحضير بالتواصل معنا. الطلبات المدفوعة الملغاة قبل التحضير تُسترجع بنفس طريقة الدفع. الحجوزات تُلغى مجاناً قبل الموعد بـ 3 ساعات، والعربون مسترد ويُخصم من الفاتورة.
الحساسية
أخبرنا عن أي حساسية طعام في ملاحظات الطلب أو الحجز. المطبخ يتعامل مع المكسرات والسمسم والمأكولات البحرية والغلوتين.

What we collect
Your name, phone, email (optional) and delivery address, only to prepare your order or booking and contact you about it. We do not sell your data and share it only with the payment gateway and delivery partner when needed.
Payment
Online payments go through a licensed Kuwaiti payment gateway (KNET and cards). We never store your card details on our site.
Cancellations & refunds
An order can be cancelled before preparation starts by contacting us. Paid orders cancelled before preparation are refunded to the same payment method. Table bookings can be cancelled free up to 3 hours before; deposits are refundable and deducted from the bill.
Allergies
Tell us about any food allergy in the order or booking notes. Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, seafood and gluten.
